Why it's harder than it looks
The gap between a React demo and a production frontend is state management that doesn't fight the framework, a rendering strategy (static, server-rendered, or client) chosen deliberately instead of defaulted to, and a build that stays fast as the product grows instead of accumulating client-side weight. That's the difference between a prototype and something you can hand off and keep shipping against.
